Asaf Leshem is a founding partner at Hertz-Leshem specializing in international taxation and transfer pricing.
Asaf has extensive experience in providing international tax services to multinational corporations including inbound and outbound international acquisition planning, due diligence, international tax planning using financing methods, repatriation strategies, structuring, and other global tax optimization strategies.
Asaf provides tax advisory services to some of Israel’s largest multinational corporations including both local and international transactions, focusing on the hi-tech, finance, real estate, energy, and industrial sectors. Asaf is recognized for his creative and innovative approach to tax planning in today’s global world. He also advises private clients on matters concerning international taxation, wealth management, and more.
In 2020 and 2021, Asaf represented the Israeli Institute of Certified Public Accountants on a committee with the Israel Tax Authority, suggesting fundamental changes to the Israeli international tax regime.
