Oron Gaziel

Oron Gaziel specializes in international and Israeli taxation as a consultant at Hertz-Leshem. With his experience, he offers comprehensive guidance to corporations, addressing a wide range of tax considerations on both the global and domestic fronts.

In his role, Oron covers a diverse spectrum of tax matters, including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Tax Due Diligence, strategic tax structuring, tax planning, and advising various investments.

 

In addition, Oron has extensive experience in representing clients before the Israel Tax Authority on a wide range of complex issues and disputes including tax pre-rulings, restructuring arrangements, and tax audits and assessment procedures.

Before joining Hertz-Leshem, Oron was working as a senior income tax inspector in the Real estate and Gas & Oil divisions at the Tax Authority Assessor for large enterprises. After that, Oron worked as a manager in the international taxation department at one of the Big4 accounting firms.
